Progress Photos

So I have been working on January block of The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery's SAL for 2017. It is called Happily Ever After and the January block was Owl and the Pussycat. This is such a cute pattern and came together so quickly, I am going to do a little bit of the border with each block, so that I am not doing the border for days and days.

Next I did a little work on Woodland Goddess. I thought I would get more work done on it but I just wasn't feeling it.

I have now moved onto Sweet Treats by Country Cottage Needlework block #3 which is the Tart block. I think I will stick with it until it's done.

Thanks for listening.

Off to a Good Start

So 2016 ended on a horrible note. My father was in a car accident a block from his front door. His van was totalled and he was slightly hurt. We are only just now getting back to normal but overall the situation could have been so much worse.

Anyway, on to a happier note, I was able to finish one more project at the end of 2016 then I thought I would. So in total I finished 11.

My plan for 2017 is to get some long lingering WIP's completed. First up is Woodland Goddess by Joan Elliott. I am working on the fairy wings right now and the newest SAL from the Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery which started today. But before I really started working on Woodland Goddess I was able to start and finish a quick little design from Lizzie Kate called June Flip it.

Over all I am very happy with my progress so far this year.
